Psalm 27:14
Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!
David’s life had been filled with pain.
He “Cried aloud to the LORD.
His life was filled with brokenness
and he wished it to be restored.
He wondered if God was mad at him
and he turned his face away.
The only thing he knew to do
was to reach out to God and pray.
The assuring message he received
was “be strong and wait for the LORD”.
God was aware of his presence,
he wasn’t being ignored.
Wait didn’t mean to do nothing
but to take courage with his heart
so he could see God’s answer
and feel his good life restart.
